چکیده
Excellent mechanical properties of nanostructured bainitic steels are primarily related to the ultra fine scale their structure constituents. Typically, such is exhibited by suitably treated with high carbon and silicon content. Regardless, common application this steel grade in industry limited some in-used that have not yet been explained. This mainly concerns possibility joining, long-term operationing at elevated temperatures ensuring corrosion resistance. The feature promoting provision these sufficiently thermal stability retained austenite. Enhancing would allow for automotive, energy marine industries. In contrast well-known control austenite, requires a different approach context chemical composition design heat treatment parameters. work presents concept increasing austenite its influence on improvement steels. Mechanisms higher microstructure were reviewed, as controlling morphology content solution strengthening, precipitation intermetallic phases, prospect secondary hardening.
